Who can take part

  • You are a grandparent who has been the main caregiver for at least one grandchild under 18 for 6 months or more.
  • The grandchild's parents do not live with you or help with daily care.
  • You live in Oregon.
  • You can read and understand English well enough to give your permission and complete study activities.
  • You are not planning to hand over caregiving to someone else in the next year.
  • You do not have a serious physical or mental health condition that would make it hard to manage your own health or that might mean you need a caregiver yourself in the next year.
