- You are between 45 and 75 years old
- You have had 3 or more colon polyps or a large polyp (over 1 cm) in the last 5 years
- You identify as Black or Non-Hispanic White
- You are willing to provide mouth rinse and stool samples
- You are willing to complete 24-hour food recall interviews
- You have not taken antibiotics in the last 6 months
- You do not use illicit drugs, smoke tobacco, or take dietary supplements
