This study tests whether giving psychotherapists additional virtual training helps them better support their patients' mental health. If you are a therapist or a patient in therapy, you may be able to join.

Who can take part

  • You are a mental health professional licensed to provide therapy in North America and can take on at least 3 new patients for 6 sessions each.
  • You are an adult (18+) living in Canada or the US and want to start or continue therapy with a study therapist.
  • You have had fewer than 3 sessions with your study therapist so far and can commit to 6 more sessions over the next 6 months.
  • You do not have a psychotic or neurocognitive disorder that would interfere with therapy.
  • You are not currently seeing another therapist and are not at high risk of suicide.
