Who can take part

  • Your main mental health concern is anxiety (social anxiety, generalized anxiety, or panic disorder) or depression (major or persistent).
  • You can join a virtual group with up to 10 people that meets every two weeks for about 1.5 hours.
  • You have a private space with a camera to participate in the online group.
  • You live in Manitoba and plan to stay for at least 6 months.
  • You are not already working with a psychiatrist for ongoing care and haven't had ECT (electroconvulsive therapy) in the last 6 months.
