Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) based on a biopsy or imaging scans.
- Your cancer is at BCLC stage B (and it's widespread or has worsened after TACE) or stage C (advanced).
- You have not had any prior cancer-fighting drugs given through your whole body (systemic therapy) for liver cancer.
- Your liver function is good (Child-Pugh class A) and you are able to do your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function meet certain levels (like hemoglobin ≥ 9 g/dL, platelets ≥ 75,000, and creatinine clearance ≥ 50 mL/min).
