Who can take part
- You have fluid buildup in your chest or belly from a type of cancer called adenocarcinoma (and no known gene mutations).
- You have not had any previous treatment for this fluid buildup.
- You are still able to get up and take care of yourself for at least half the day (ECOG score 2 or less).
- Your doctor expects you to live longer than 3 months.
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are within certain limits (the study team will check these).
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent bleeding problems, serious heart or lung issues, or active infections like HIV or hepatitis.
