  • You are 18 or older
  • You have at least 18 natural teeth including molars, premolars, and front teeth
  • Your teeth are generally healthy (small cavities or fillings that don't cover the whole tooth are okay)
  • You are willing to have a small cord placed under your gum for 2 minutes
  • You need a dental crown on one tooth (as part of your treatment plan)
