Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You do not have pain or discomfort in your jaw joint (temporomandibular disorder).
  • You have teeth that touch each other on both top and bottom.
  • You have a stable bite where your teeth fit together without pain or looseness.
  • You do not have pain in your face or mouth.
  • You do not have an active infection or abscess at the root of a tooth.
  • Your teeth are not loose (mobility less than Class II).
