This study uses virtual reality and brain recordings from your DBS device to understand why some people with Parkinson's experience freezing of gait (feeling like your feet are stuck to the ground). You'll be asked to walk in a safe VR environment while researchers monitor your brain activity.

Who can take part
- You have Parkinson's disease and have a Medtronic Percept DBS device with leads placed in a specific part of the brain (globus pallidus internus).
- You can walk indoors without assistance.
- You are 18 years or older.
- Either you have freezing of gait more than once a day, or you do not have freezing of gait at all.
- You have not been diagnosed with dementia or significant memory problems, and have no history of stroke or head injury.
