- You have Parkinson's disease, diagnosed by a neurologist
- You can walk for 5 minutes without a walker or another person's help (a cane is fine)
- You experience freezing of gait at least once a day
- Your Parkinson's medication has been the same for at least 7 days
- You are at least 18 years old and have no other major health issues that affect walking
