Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have stage 3 non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (confirmed by biopsy).
- Your cancer does not have EGFR, ALK, or ROS1 gene mutations (common in some lung cancers).
- You have not had any prior cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy.
- Your overall health is good (performance status 0 or 1) and your organs, especially lungs, kidneys, and liver, are functioning well as shown by blood tests and lung function tests.
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control during and for 5 months after treatment.
