Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 64 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
  • You are not currently in active treatment, OR your treatment has been stable for at least 4 weeks.
  • You do not have serious untreated mental health conditions like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or a recent substance abuse problem.
  • You can safely do physical exercise (no major medical or movement issues).
  • You are not pregnant or trying to become pregnant.
