  • You have a diagnosis of OCD based on DSM-5 criteria
  • You are age 18 to 45
  • If you are a woman who can have periods: you are menstruating regularly
  • You can pause OCD-related medication and tolerate a treatment-free period
  • You have not taken psychotropic (mental health) medication in the past 12 weeks
