Who can take part

  • Be between 16 and 20 years old
  • Your orthodontic treatment plan includes removing the upper first premolars
  • All permanent teeth (except wisdom teeth) are in place
  • Never had braces or orthodontic treatment before
  • Have no medical condition that could affect treatment (like weak immune system, bleeding issues, poor bone health, or dry mouth)
  • Keep good oral hygiene and do not smoke heavily
