  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have trouble sleeping (like not being able to fall asleep easily, waking up often, or not feeling rested).
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition like severe depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia.
  • You do not have a serious brain condition such as epilepsy, a brain tumor, or a history of stroke.
  • You do not have any metal implants in your head or a pacemaker, and you have not had seizures.
