  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have been diagnosed with breast, colorectal, or head and neck cancer
  • You have finished all planned chemotherapy and related hospital stays
  • It has been no more than 5 years since your first diagnosis
  • You are not currently receiving psychological or psychiatric treatment
  • You have not had a relapse or another type of cancer in the last 5 years
