  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You can read Chinese.
  • You understand spoken Cantonese.
  • You do not have severe motion sickness or known intolerance to virtual reality.
  • You do not have any physical or visual impairments that would make using VR headsets difficult.
  • You have not participated in a structured mindfulness training program before.
