Who can take part

  • You must be male and between 18 and 45 years old
  • You have infertility (difficulty getting pregnant after trying)
  • Your recent semen test (within the last 3 months) shows low sperm count, low movement, or abnormal shape
  • Your semen test must show at least one of these: low count, low progressive movement, or low normal form (strict criteria)
  • You should not have a diagnosed varicocele (enlarged scrotal veins)
  • You should not be taking antioxidant supplements in the last 3 months (a general multivitamin is okay)
