A study of TQB2825 for CD20-positive blood cancers

CD20-positive Hematological Malignancies

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 79 years old.
  • You have a type of B-cell lymphoma (like diffuse large B-cell, follicular, mantle cell, or marginal zone) that is CD20-positive.
  • You have already tried at least one treatment that included a CD20 antibody (like rituximab) and it didn't work well enough or your cancer came back.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan (lymph node at least 1.5 cm wide, or a tumor outside a lymph node at least 1 cm wide).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, blood clotting) are good enough without needing transfusions or growth factors recently.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to use birth control during the study and for 12 months after.
