- You have mild to moderate depression, with a score between 5 and 21 on a common depression questionnaire (PHQ-9).
- You have been diagnosed with major depression by a doctor (using the ICD-10 criteria).

- You are not currently at high risk of suicide, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have certain other mental health conditions (like bipolar disorder or psychosis).
