Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have mild to moderate depression, with a score between 5 and 21 on a common depression questionnaire (PHQ-9).
  • You have been diagnosed with major depression by a doctor (using the ICD-10 criteria).
  • You can read and speak Danish.
  • You have a smartphone and can use it for the online program.
  • You are not currently at high risk of suicide, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have certain other mental health conditions (like bipolar disorder or psychosis).
