Who can take part

  • You are 40 years old or older.
  • You are currently receiving chemotherapy or are expected to have chest surgery.
  • You have some muscle weakness (a score of 4 or higher on a simple test) and low hand grip strength.
  • You are able to do most daily activities (can be up and about, but not necessarily fully active).
  • You do not have serious health problems like kidney failure, severe heart failure, or uncontrolled diabetes.
