Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have had atrial fibrillation that lasts at least one month and causes symptoms.
- You have tried or cannot take heart rhythm medications, or choose not to.
- You have heart failure symptoms (NYHA class II or III) or weak heart pumping (LVEF 50% or less) or a high stroke risk score (CHA2DS2-VASc 4 or more).
- You have not had any prior ablation or heart surgery on the left upper chamber.
- Your left atrial size is not larger than 5.5 cm.
