  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have stage I or II hypertension (systolic 130-159 and diastolic 80-99 mm Hg).
  • You are willing to provide a genetic sample and follow the study plan.
  • You are not taking 2 or more blood pressure medications currently.
  • You do not have serious heart, kidney, or metabolic conditions.
