Who can take part
- You must be at least 18 years old and have been diagnosed with CLL or SLL with CD19-positive cells.
- You cannot have received any systemic chemotherapy or radiotherapy before (short steroid courses are allowed).
- Your disease must meet treatment criteria from 2018 guidelines or have high-risk genetic changes like del(17p) or TP53 mutation.
- You need at least one measurable sign of disease, such as a tumor on a scan or cancer cells in your blood.
- You must have good organ function: liver, kidneys, lungs, heart, and an ECOG performance status of 0–2.
- You cannot have active infections, other cancers (except certain low-risk types), or serious heart problems in the last 6 months.
