Who can take part
- Confirmed B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that is in first complete remission after chemotherapy
- High-risk disease based on genetic features OR standard-risk disease with detectable minimal residual disease (cancer cells still present at low levels)
- Age 18–85 years with good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–2)
- Adequate blood cell counts: hemoglobin ≥60 g/L, neutrophils ≥1,000/μL, platelets ≥45,000/μL
- Normal heart, liver, and kidney function
- Unwilling or ineligible for stem cell transplant and willing to receive CAR-T cell therapy instead
