New camera vs standard light for colonoscopy in IBD

This study tests a new camera system that adds texture and color enhancement to the usual white light during a colonoscopy. It aims to see if this new view helps doctors spot signs of inflammation or early cancer more clearly in people with inflammatory bowel disease.

Testing a new light technology for cancer detection in IBD

This trial compares two methods to spot pre-cancerous changes during routine colonoscopy in people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). One method uses a special light filter (TXI) and the other uses a blue dye spray (chromoendoscopy) to see if TXI works as well or better.

Study of IBD progression and gut bacteria

This study follows people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis (and healthy volunteers) to understand what affects the disease's progression and complications. It looks at factors like your gut bacteria and immune treatments.

Study of infliximab for children and teens with IBD

This trial is looking at children and teenagers with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who are starting a biologic medicine called infliximab. It aims to learn more about how this treatment works in young patients.

Study of children with inflammatory bowel disease risks

This study looks at the typical features and risk factors in children diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It may help families understand what affects IBD in kids, even if it is not testing a new treatment.

AI imaging to measure gut lining damage in IBD

This pilot study uses a special AI-powered camera and a safe fluorescent dye during your scheduled colonoscopy to map how much fluid leaks through your gut lining. The goal is to better understand gut barrier damage in inflammatory bowel disease and help doctors assess disease severity.
