This trial uses an AI model called Mirai to identify women at high risk for breast cancer based on their mammograms. If you are eligible, you may be invited for a breast MRI to better understand your risk.

Who can take part

  • You were assigned female at birth and are between 40 and 89 years old.
  • You have had a screening mammogram that was read as normal or benign (BI-RADS 1 or 2), and you haven't had any breast cancer symptoms.
  • Your mammogram was flagged as high-risk by the AI model (top 3% of 2-year risk).
  • You are available to provide your mammogram images and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have any metal in your eye, unsafe implants, severe kidney problems, claustrophobia, or other reasons you cannot have an MRI.
