Who can take part
- You have advanced or metastatic kidney cancer (clear cell type or certain translocation type) that cannot be removed surgically.
- You have not had any prior treatment for advanced kidney cancer (no prior immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or CDK4/6 inhibitor).
- Your cancer is measurable on scans (RECIST 1.1).
- You are 18 or older, able to swallow pills, and have good organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
- You must not have untreated brain metastases, active autoimmune disease, or certain heart or lung problems.
- You agree to use effective contraception if applicable, and can provide a recent tumor tissue sample (biopsy or block).
