Who can take part

  • You have confirmed HLRCC-related kidney cancer OR a confirmed papillary (with “papillary component”) sporadic/non-HLRCC kidney cancer subtype.
  • Your kidney cancer is advanced and has at least one tumor spot that can be measured on scans (about 1–2 cm or larger, depending on scan type).
  • You’ve had no more than two prior treatments that target the VEGF pathway, and you must not have had bevacizumab for advanced/metastatic disease.
  • You must not have had PD-1 or PD-L1 immune medicines (in the metastatic/advanced setting).
  • You can do study treatment and tests: age 12+; overall health score ECOG 0–2 (or similar); blood counts and organ/lab numbers are high enough (neutrophils, platelets, liver enzymes, kidney function).
