This study tests if the drug Anktiva can help people with long COVID. To join, you must have had at least one confirmed COVID-19 infection and now have lasting symptoms that started or got worse after that infection.

Who can take part
- You are 18 to 69 years old.
- You had at least one confirmed COVID-19 infection (a positive test).
- You have at least 2 long COVID symptoms (like fatigue, brain fog, or chest pain) that started or got worse after your COVID infection.
- Your symptoms have been present for at least 60 days, and it has been at least 90 days since your last COVID infection.
- You are not currently hospitalized and are in otherwise stable health.
- You do not have autoimmune diseases, active heart problems, diabetes, or other major health conditions listed in the study rules.
