This study tests whether mindfulness exercises can help people with non-flaccid facial paralysis (stiff, tight facial muscles) feel better about their face and smile. You must have had Bell's Palsy, Ramsay Hunt, Lyme disease, or a similar condition for at least 8 months, without recent Botox or facial therapy.

Who can take part
- Have a diagnosis of non-flaccid facial paralysis (stiff, tight muscles)
- Caused by Bell's Palsy, Ramsay Hunt syndrome, Lyme disease, or after acoustic neuroma surgery
- Diagnosed at least 8 months ago
- Have not received Botox or physical therapy for your facial paralysis
- No history of cancer or facial surgery
