Who can take part
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and at least one other spot outside the liver
- Your cancer is mismatch repair stable (MSS) or has normal MMR function
- You've tried or can't take 5-FU, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan
- You're 18 or older and in fairly good health (ECOG 0 or 1)
- You have no active autoimmune disease or serious bowel obstruction
- You're not pregnant and agree to use effective birth control
