Who can take part

  • Age between 15 and 35 years old
  • Play a level 1 sport (such as martial arts, basketball, soccer, or futsal) at least twice a week
  • Never had patellofemoral pain syndrome or an ACL injury
  • Never had a severe (grade III) sprain or strain
  • Free from certain health conditions like tumors, cancer, blood clots, obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, anemia, or kidney failure
  • Not disabled or physically impaired
