Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that has not responded to or is not eligible for standard treatments, including specific types like breast cancer, bladder cancer, colorectal cancer, kidney cancer, ovarian cancer, or neuroendocrine tumors.
- If you have ovarian cancer or digestive tract cancer with malignant ascites, you must have had fluid buildup that came back within 4 weeks after at least one local treatment.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured by imaging and is suitable for injection of the study drug (like a lump under the skin or deep in the body).
- You must be in fairly good health otherwise, with adequate blood cell counts, liver and kidney function, and no major heart problems or active infections.
