This study tests a plant-based medication made from butcher’s broom (Ruscus aculeatus) to see if it safely helps people with moderate hemorrhoids. If you have stage II or III hemorrhoids and are between 18 and 45, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- Your hemorrhoids are at stage II or stage III (they come out during bowel movements but can go back in)
- You have never had surgery for hemorrhoids
- You have not had injection treatment for multiple hemorrhoids in the last 3 years
- You do not have other conditions like anal tears, fistulas, inflammatory bowel disease, or a weakened immune system
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form
