Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with bile duct or gallbladder cancer that is locally advanced or has spread.
- Your tumor tests positive for HER2 (either high or low levels).
- You have not had prior treatment for advanced cancer, but you may have had chemotherapy or radiation before surgery that ended at least 6 months ago.
- You are physically able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
- You do not have other active cancers, brain metastases, or serious heart or lung conditions.
