Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein that may predict response to immunotherapy).
- You have not had chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for this cancer before. (If you had surgery and then treatment, it must have been more than 6 months ago.)
- You are generally well enough to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within acceptable levels.
