Who can take part
- You have advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.
- Your cancer tests positive for HER2 or has low HER2 levels.
- You have not had any chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy for advanced disease.
- You are at least 18 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your organs (liver, kidneys, bone marrow) are working well enough based on blood tests.
