Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (without certain gene mutations) or melanoma that has spread, and you have already received immunotherapy (like a PD-1 or PD-L1 blocker) for more than 6 months and your cancer got worse
- If you have melanoma with a BRAF V600 mutation, you must have also tried BRAF/MEK inhibitor therapy
- You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0-2)
- You do not have serious heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or a history of blood clots
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges
