Predictors for heart attack and complexity of coronary disease

TG IndexTG/HDL-C RatioYoung Population

Part of Heart & circulation clinical trials.

This study looks at young adults (ages 18-40) who have had a heart attack (ACS) to find factors that predict a more complex coronary artery disease. It may help doctors better understand and treat heart attacks in younger people.

Predicting heart disease severity with simple blood tests

This study looks at two simple blood test measures to see if they can predict how severe coronary artery disease is in people having a heart attack. It aims to find better ways to assess risk right when you arrive at the hospital.

NCT06698341Recruiting
Studying heart attacks in young adults to understand new genes

This trial looks for new genetic causes of heart attacks in young adults. If you had a heart attack at a young age and are of Chinese, Malay, or Indian descent, this study may help find answers.

Complex heart procedure study for adults 18-85

This study looks at how often complications happen and long-term survival in people having complex coronary procedures. It may help doctors understand which treatments work best for complex heart disease.

TyG index to predict coronary artery disease severity

This study looks at a simple blood test marker (the TyG index) to see if it can predict how severe your coronary artery disease is. You may qualify if you are an adult with a recent heart attack or stable heart disease and are scheduled for an angiogram.
