Who can take part
- You are 18 to 70 years old.
- You have tried a hypoglossal nerve stimulator (a device that helps you breathe during sleep) but it didn't work well enough or you couldn't handle it.
- You can put in and take out a custom mouthpiece (called a mandibular advancement device) on your own and have at least 9 healthy teeth on the top and bottom.
- You are not using weight loss medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro that are causing active weight loss.
- You don't have other sleep disorders like insomnia, restless leg syndrome, or narcolepsy, and don't take medications for them.
- You have a device (phone, tablet, or computer) with a camera that connects to the internet.
