Who can take part

  • You are 21 years old or older
  • You have advanced cancer (stage 3 or 4 solid tumor, or any cancer that needs a complex surgery)
  • You are scheduled for a major surgery (like a multi-specialty or complex procedure)
  • You can speak and read English or Chinese
  • If you are a caregiver, you are unpaid, at least 21, and help with daily care or medical decisions
