Biofeedback for preventing tension headaches

Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have frequent tension headaches (at least 6 days per month) for the past year
  • You have a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and have used it for at least 3 months
  • You have few or no migraines (no more than 1 per month)
  • You can read and understand Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish
