RELAXaHEAD app test for migraine relief

Who can take part

  • You have migraine headaches (confirmed by a doctor or study criteria).
  • You have had headaches for at least a year, with a stable pattern for the past 3 months.
  • You have 4 to 29 headache days each month.
  • You are willing not to change your headache prevention medicines for about 4 months.
  • You have a smartphone and can read and listen to English materials.
  • You have not had relaxation or biofeedback therapy for headaches in the past year.
