Integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine for frail elderly recovery

Frail Elderly Patients

This study tests a care model that combines traditional Chinese and Western medicine to help frail elderly patients recover function after a hospital stay for an acute illness. If you or a loved one is over 75, living with conditions like Parkinson's, COPD, mild dementia, or kidney disease, and recently lost strength or ability to do daily tasks, this may offer a supportive approach to regain independence.
