Ultrasound-Guided Injection for Chronic Sacroiliac Joint Pain

This study tests whether a special ultrasound-guided injection into the sacroiliac joint (a small joint in the lower back) can provide better pain relief for people with long-lasting pain in that area. If you have had this pain for at least 3 months and standard treatments haven't worked well, this trial may offer a new option.

Who can take part

  • You are 21 years or older.
  • You have had sacroiliac joint pain for at least 3 months.
  • Your pain level is at least 5 on a 0–10 scale.
  • You do not have shooting leg pain or numbness (like sciatica).
  • You are not allergic to numbing medicines or contrast dye.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder.
