Who can take part

  • Must be between 5 and 18 years old.
  • Diagnosed with intermediate- or high-risk rhabdomyosarcoma that has certain high-risk features (like age over 10, poor genetics, or tumor that couldn't be fully removed).
  • Finished first treatment and scans show no sign of remaining cancer (complete remission).
  • Have recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments, and lab tests (like blood counts, liver, kidney) are in a safe range.
  • No uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious heart problems, bleeding issues, or recent major surgery.
