Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have a high-grade soft tissue sarcoma (like synovial sarcoma, liposarcoma, or leiomyosarcoma) that doctors think can be treated with chemotherapy and radiation.
- Your cancer team has reviewed your case and believes the tumor can be removed with surgery after neoadjuvant treatment.
- You have not had any cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy) in the last 4 weeks.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and heart function are within a safe range.
- You have no serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or bleeding issues.
