Who can take part

  • You are 12 to 14 years old and in Form 1 or Form 2 (equivalent to UK year 7 or 8).
  • You have moderate to high levels of anxiety or depression (based on a standard screening test).
  • Your parent or guardian agrees in writing for you to take part.
  • You have not been diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder (such as autism or ADHD).
  • You have not been diagnosed with an intellectual disability.
