Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have had a COVID-19 infection (even if mild or suspected).
  • You currently have ongoing symptoms that you or your doctor believe are from long COVID, lasting 12 weeks or more after your illness.
  • You are not taking part in another clinical trial for long COVID treatments.
  • You are not already in a structured mindfulness program (like a class or group).
